Chat Night!!

Hey Guys,
 

I am back and so is the cold weather, but I am super excited because, yesterday, we just finished our first chat night of the school year!! For those who don’t know, chat night is when all u guys get to chat with current students like myself and counselors about anything you want. Whether you want to talk about financial aid, classes, sports, or even Abilene life, we will answer truthfully. I was supper pumped when they told me that I was going to be part of the chat group because I’m use to chatting but not chatting with prospective students. To me, it was much easier than calling because I can talk to many students at the same time. I was also surprised at the great turnout that we had since it was our first night of the year. I met many interesting people who were nice, polite, and not to mention that they had many questions for me. For example, there was this nice girl by the name of Lauren who is sister with an alumni, who is in my family in my social club. Talk about a small world! Oh and for those who feel more comfortable speaking Spanish, les quiero decir que soy bilingue y si les podria ayudar. Overall, the whole chat thing was quite fun. Well another fun thing that is going on right now is mid-terms, NOT! Who loves test, not me, but hey we have to take them. Mine weren’t that bad since I studied a lot for these senior level math classes. Other than that, it’s getting colder and Homecoming is around the corner. Well that’s about it, until next time.
